Sir Hammad Haider founded Officers Academy in 2002, when no dedicated CSS coaching existed in Pakistan. A serving AIG in the Police Service of Pakistan who secured 20th position across Pakistan in the CSS examination, he holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Law. Over two decades, he has mentored thousands of aspirants who now serve as senior bureaucrats across every major government department. He is the author of multiple CSS books including Gender Studies, Sociology, CSS American History, and the widely-used Current Affairs Golden Notes. His teaching philosophy centres on developing critical thinking — not rote memorisation.

Sehr Rizvi is the CEO of Officers Academy and a practicing advocate with degrees in Linguistics, Business, and Law. She is a writer whose work covers social, economic, and political issues facing Pakistan. With over 19 years of experience teaching CSS students, she is one of the most experienced and respected CSS educators in the country. She personally conducts the weekly assignment evaluation sessions — not delegating to assistants — and is deeply invested in every student's progress. Her English Core Concepts classes are a cornerstone of the academy's programme.
